Should I Build in the Fall?

Fall is a great time to begin construction on your backyard dreams.

We often get asked if the fall is a good time build. The answer is a resounding, YES! There is always a line to get in for the first build in the spring. This line usually starts around November of the previous year. In recent years, getting your place in line even starts earlier as many builders are already selling out for this season.

The weather is usually better for building in the fall versus the typical wet and cool spring. We are far more likely to be battling the weather in the spring. The fall allows for more patience as there isn’t the extreme sense of urgency to get the pool in the ground. This allows for the time needed to get your backyard back together after the construction phase. This can be the difference of swimming on that first 80 degree day next spring. You should definitely consider a fall pool installation to be certain you are ready to swim in the spring!
